Through the stories of Ukrainians affected by war and the international volunteers who support them, we explore the strength of human connections that transcend borders and distances. We began this work in 2014, not knowing it would lead us to document the full-scale war that started on February 24, 2022. Over the years, we have gathered unique interviews, which we’ve decided to share here. These stories, like small streams, flow into the larger story of Ukraine’s history. The film will be a reflection not only on tragedies but also on the hope that unites people in the most challenging times.
